Can I demo gear before making a purchase?
Yes, we offer demo programs for selected kiteboarding, wing foiling, and paddleboarding gear at our local beach locations. Contact our team to check availability and schedule a session.
What is your return policy for technical hardware?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that technical gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you provide professional repair services for boards and sails?
Absolutely. SHQ Boardsports offers a full suite of repair services for fiberglass, epoxy, carbon fiber, and sail/kite canopy damage to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.
